Having looked on the Paella Company's website, I figured that if they delivered something that looked half as good as their advertising, then it would be a winner! As it turned out, our Paella was even better than the pics I saw online. The chef arrived perfectly on time, was efficient, and thoughtful with his set up, and our whole venue smelled amazing as he prepared the meal. He was ready to serve at exactly the time that had been arranged and was super friendly toward all of our guests. Best of all, absolutely everybody had their fill (with enough for a number of people to go back for seconds!). Thepaella.com.au delivered on every measurable I could think of. The food was delightful, the service impeccable, and the theater that comes with cooking in a giant pan was mesmerising. I would book this company again in a heartbeat!”

“From the very first time I contacted Marianna to discuss my party I felt confident that her company would deliver a delicious paella for my guests. I was not disappointed. Ari and Nadia came on time as promised and set up the cooking area without any input from me. As guests arrived they were welcomed by the fabulous aromas coming from the huge paella dishes that were being prepared with additional spices and other ingredients. The result was 2 amazing paellas - a seafood paella abundant with fresh salmon, prawns, calamari, mussels and other seafood combined with delicious rice and additional flavours - the second paella, a traditional Valencia was filled with chunks of tender chicken breast and chorizo combined with red peppers, beans, peas and asparagus together with the seasoned rice - both were absolutely delicious and one thing that really stood out for me was the generosity of the serves! Compared to another paella company I've experienced, this was so much more generous and everyone felt well fed with their appetites totally satisfied. Ari and Nadia put all the leftover paella in containers and we've been enjoying further paella meals of the delicious leftovers. Many of my guests asked for business cards for their future entertaining and everyone made positive comments about the food they ate at the party.
